Eatables was founded by Oleg Yavorsky, who was born and raised in Ukraine, where food was always about comfort, family, and meals made from the heart. Growing up around homemade soups, soft dumplings, slow-cooked stews, and fresh everyday cooking inspired a lifelong appreciation for real food made with care.

After moving to New York City, Oleg brought those traditions with him while embracing the diverse food culture of Brooklyn. His vision for Eatables was simple: create a place where people can enjoy fresh, satisfying comfort food through dine-in, takeout, online ordering, and catering services that fit modern New York life.

Along the way, one dish became a personal favorite — the turkey burger. For Oleg, it wasn’t just a lighter option; it was the perfect everyday meal: flavorful, fresh, satisfying, and never too heavy.
