Our story starts with our founder Oleg Yavorsky — born and raised in Ukraine, where food meant comfort and family. He grew up around real cooking: soups that simmered all day, soft dumplings, hot stews, and simple ingredients prepared with love.

After moving to New York, that same appreciation for honest, everyday meals stayed with him. And along the way, he found a new favorite — the turkey burger.

For him, the turkey burger wasn’t just a lighter option — it was a perfect everyday meal. It became his go-to: flavorful, clean, and never too heavy.
